Getting your first honest test reports
From listing to verified test report: set up a request that testers want to pick up.
Write a listing people want to try
Lead with what makes your product different and who it's for. Clear photos, an honest description and a working Amazon or SHEIN link get approved faster.
Open a request
Once approved, open a single test or a small campaign. The cheapest request starts at 400 lum; asking for more effort or a faster turnaround costs more and attracts testers sooner. You provide the product free, and you can't ask for positive or public reviews.
Let it run
Testers claim a slot, use the product and file a test report before their deadline — 3 days for digital products, 30 for physical ones that need shipping. Moderators check each report before you see it; the lum is the tester's to keep only once it's verified, and a report that fails sends the lum back and its slot to your request.
Read the feedback, not just the stars
The most valuable reports are the critical ones. Patterns across a few honest reports are the fastest way to improve the product and the listing.
